How quickly I reply
Usually within a working day. If you are writing because a report has not arrived in the time promised — 24/48 hours for a single event — say so in the subject line and I will deal with it first. That case is refundable in full; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Before you write about an order
Including the email address you ordered with, and the Razorpay payment id from your receipt, lets me find your order straight away.
