The short version
If your report is late, you get all your money back. If it has already been written and delivered, it is not refundable. There is no form and no process — you write to me and I refund you.
When a refund applies
Delivery times are promised at checkout, and they are:
- 24/48 hours for a single event.
- 2–3 days for two or more events, or the complete report.
The clock starts when your payment is confirmed. If your report has not reached the email address you gave by then, write to agrawalastrology@gmail.com and I will refund the full amount you paid, including any consultation you added. You do not need to give a reason.
When a refund does not apply
- A report that has been written and delivered on time is not refundable. It is prepared by hand for you specifically and cannot be resold or reused, so please check the event you are choosing before you pay.
- Disagreeing with what the report says is not grounds for a refund. A numerology reading is an interpretation, not a factual claim.
- A consultation you did not attend, where a booking link was sent and a slot was available.
Cancelling before the report is written
Write to agrawalastrology@gmail.com as soon as you can. If I have not started work, you get a full refund. If the report is already written, the delivered-report rule above applies.
Wrong details
The report is calculated from the name, date of birth and place of birth you enter, so please check them at checkout. If you spot a mistake before the report is sent, write to me and I will correct it at no charge. A report prepared from details you entered incorrectly is not refundable, but I will usually redo it once as a goodwill gesture.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are issued through Razorpay to the original payment method. Once I approve it, Razorpay typically takes 5–7 working days to return the money to your account, depending on your bank. Nothing is deducted — you receive the full amount you paid.
