What is collected
Only what is needed to write your report and send it to you:
- Your full name at birth, date of birth and place of birth — the report is calculated from these.
- Your partner's name, date of birth and place of birth — only if you order the Partner Compatibility Report, which is read from both charts. Please make sure they are happy for you to give me their details.
- Your email address — where the report is sent.
- Your phone number — to reach you about the order, and to arrange a consultation if you added one.
- An optional note, if you chose to write one.
There is no account to create, and nothing else is asked for. Card details are never seen by this site — payment happens inside Razorpay's own checkout window.
Where it is kept
Your details are stored with Razorpay, attached to your order as part of the payment record. Razorpay is the payment processor and handles the transaction; their privacy policy applies to that data alongside this one. There is no separate customer database on this site.
What it is used for
Preparing your report, delivering it, and arranging a consultation if you bought one. That is all. Your details are never sold, rented, or shared for marketing, by me or by anyone else.
How long it is kept
As part of the payment record, for as long as tax and accounting rules require it to be retained. You can ask for it to be erased sooner — see below.
Having your details deleted
Write to agrawalastrology@gmail.com from the email address you ordered with, and your name, date of birth, place of birth, phone number, note and any partner details will be erased from the order record. The transaction itself — amount, date, payment reference — has to stay for accounting, but it will no longer carry your personal details.
You can also ask what is held about you, or have something corrected, at the same address.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics. Your light-or-dark theme choice is saved in your own browser's local storage and never leaves your device. Razorpay's checkout sets its own cookies while you are paying; those are governed by Razorpay's policy.
Children
Reports are sold to adults. A report can be prepared about a child — for instance name guidance following a birth — but the order must be placed by a parent or guardian.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
